One of the primary advantages of this is that you will actually have the capability of burning up fat even hours once you have finished your exercise. This is one of the main advantages of doing a high intensity workout over a low intensity workout, as you will have the ability of losing more body fat. Another thing I most likely don't need to mention but I'm going to anyway, is that burning more calories obviously winds up burning more body fat.

There are needless to say loads of men and women out there that are simply trying to stay in shape, and for those individuals I would strongly suggest the low intensity workout. However if you are one of those individuals who are overweight and are trying to lose weight you might see that a high intensity exercise routine is your better choice. Needless to say if you are able to combine these two exercises together you will be able to see amazing results. In order to explain this a little bit better, it will be something like combining running and walking in one session. 5 minutes of running follow by 5 minutes of walking is one way you'll have the ability to combine these two different kinds of exercise. Throughout your exercise routine you are going to simply need to switch back and forth every 5 minutes to the type of exercise you are doing.
