Trying kettlebell exercises has a quantity of different incentives but I think that the building of strength and versatility stands tall above all else. It only promotes building power but there's a feeling of agility and flexibility that comes with it, which is what I could see becoming practical for a number of wrestlers. With WrestleMania just around the corner, who's to say that the performers couldn't take advantage of them in some way? Triple H arguably has the most on his plate of any competitor during that event.
I'm not going to say that Triple H is exactly the most out of shape competitor today but I think he has lost quite a bit in recent years. You can chalk this up to him becoming part of the company, leaving the full-time roster in order to go after that particular interest. However, I think that it's hampered his athleticism and considering the test that awaits him at WrestleMania, this should not be a factor. On that immense stage, he has a sizable task in bringing down prior UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar.
Triple H has always been known for his cerebral game and there are few competitors who are able to match him in that respect. It's what made him such a success when he was the tip of his career but who's to say that trying kettlebell exercises couldn't help him further? This is especially accurate when you think about how he's been out of the ring for quite some time. I think it's obvious that he will need some assistance to better prepare for WrestleMania.
